With continued growth we are seeking additional experience resource that will be located at Balikpapan but require to travel to all TCI Projects as a Safety Officer – Training and Systems.

Reporting to the Safety Superintendent, you will develop and conduct Safety Training across different Project; review and develop Safety Procedures to meet with the project requirement and business safety performance improvement; involve in Project Safety audits and improving the quality of the incident investigation reports.

To be successful, You must have minimum tertiary education in an engineering or OHS discipline with previous experience in delivering training or in Health & Safety Systems; knowledge in Safety Management System and incident investigation; willing to work in remote area with long hours work; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English and has basic computer skill.
